About HIT: The Third Case
In HIT 3, Nani plays SP Arjun Sarkaar, a no-nonsense police officer with a violent streak. The film opens with Arjun behind bars for a shocking murder. As he recounts his past, we learn that he's on a dangerous undercover mission to infiltrate a dark web cult known as CTK – Capture, Torture, Kill – responsible for a string of brutal murders and organ trafficking.
Arjun fakes killings to gain entry into CTK, eventually tracking the cult to Arunachal Pradesh. The mission spirals into chaos as he fights to bring down CTK from within, risking his own life while dealing with betrayal, undercover allies, and a horrifying conspiracy tied to a pharmaceutical scam. The climax is bloody, relentless, and emotionally satisfying, with a strong tribute to a fallen undercover officer.
The film also stars Srinidhi Shetty as ASP Mrudula IPS, marking her solid Telugu debut, and Surya Srinivas in a key role. The movie was shot across Hyderabad, Jammu & Kashmir, and Visakhapatnam with a haunting score by Mickey J. Meyer and sharp visuals from Sanu Varghese.
